Important Information

• All activities are subject to weather conditions

• The minimum height for ziplining is 3.6ft. The weight range is 88 lbs- 300 lbs.

• Wear a swimsuit and closed-toe waterproof shoes for all activities

• Be sure to bring an extra change of clothes and a towel

• Bring along sunscreen and insect repellent that is chemical-free

• Children under 12yrs of age, but over 4.5ft in height must present a photo ID to verify their age

• Children must be accompanied by adults

• Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women, and guests suffering from epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, neck and/or back problems, or recent surgeries

Getting There

• You can get there by car (free parking is provided) or by taxi from Cancun which will cost between $80 to $100 USD for a trip of about 70 minutes

• From Playa del Carmen the price goes down to about $15 USD for a trip of about 15 minutes
