    The ride through the foothills of the mighty Sierra and the amazing granite monuments in between really made my jaw drop! Such sheer beauty

    I would recommend buying the ticket from Headout. We got a really nice deal where they drove us from San Franisco into the valley: this ride was heavenly and we got our tickets at a steal

    We had a fun day out, mostly because of our guide! She was very energetic, and gave us a lot of information about the spots that we visited. Her tips to visit Alcatraz were great.

    Did this with my family and everyone loved it. The woods are magical, Sausalito is fun, Alcatraz is fascinating. Everything went smoothly.

    Nice change from city sightseeing. Muir Woods is so peaceful, Sausalito is lovely for a quick bite. Alcatraz is a little crowded but the audio tour is really good. The guide was helpful and knew the area well.
