I gave you such a high score because for some reason there is alot of negative feedback on the internet and after booking i was terrified!! But you were true to your word. I think the service was great. It was easy to find the concierge and the show was superb. The only reason I have rated 9 is that it would be great to have a multi language service so that I can suggest this service to my friends in Japan.

As I bought tickets long time a go through WEB, I was worried a little bit if I would receive them without any problem on the day.
But your reminder mails and service was very professional.
