While it took 2 attempts via the Headout LiveChat on 6 May 2022, Headout agent Ann honoured her promise to communicate my dietary request to the Arbora Restaurant. Keep it up! Mwanwhile, I just have one suggestion, perhaps you can increase the number of LiveChat operators as it took about 8 - 10 minutes to reach a human operator. Thank you.

Long waiting time and it was really unstructured

1 A different but nice dining experience 2 Two different drinks serve at same time on first trip Second drink to accompany dessert given on second trip 3 Dining to start at 6 pm instead of from 5.30 pm Understand at certain time of year gets dark earlier from 7.15 pm On my dinner trip, was a sunny day & will be hot & humid in mid year time Understand there will be the late comers to cater 4 Wet tissues could be included 5 Will definitely recommend Dining Experience to Relatives & Friends Warmest Regards bernard chew 9616 8821

Service was great. I wish they served us some soft drinks while we were at the waiting lounge. Food was also very good. I enjoyed it, except that the ride was a bit to short. I wish we have gone a third round oh the cable car.
