È davvero bello tornare di nuovo a Firenze. È anche la prima volta che acquisto biglietti digitali. Scarico il file PDF in anticipo, che è comodo da controllare e godere. È davvero molto conveniente. Vi consiglio vivamente di acquistarlo. La prossima volta acquisterò ancora i biglietti di viaggio attraverso questa piattaforma.

Il Duomo è stato molto interessante, ma il Battistero è stato un po' deludente perché stanno facendo dei lavori di restauro all'interno e non è stato possibile vedere gli affreschi del soffitto. Utilizzerei di nuovo headout, perché i biglietti sono arrivati prontamente e non ci sono stati problemi di accesso ai siti.

Un valore fantastico, il campanile valeva la pena di salire gli oltre 400 gradini. La vista era spettacolare. È stato fantastico saltare la coda per entrare nella Cattedrale. Raccomandiamo vivamente questa esperienza.

I received an email from Headout stating that my meeting point for the ticket changed and it gave me a new addrress. I went to the new address 15 mintues before my appointment time. The new address, however, was the museum. I assumed that I was supposed to meet at the museum and then we'd be guided to the duomo from there. However, that was not the case. So when we eventually went to the duomo on our own, we were told we were late. Fortunately, the gentleman was gracious and let us in after I explained the situation. The ticket instructions were also unclear, as it states that the ticket is valid for 3 days. The ticket should be more clear and state that it's only valid for 3 days for 4 of the 5 attractions, not including the duomo. The entry and exit time listed on the ticket should state that that's the entry and exit time for the duomo. Nowhere does it state that. I only learned that after the fact.

It was awesome to be able to climb the dome! The cathedral is a free experience. We found that it was a struggle to get all three experiences in, that we paid for, in an hour due to the lines. So we only got to enjoy the dome walk. Still a breathtaking experience!

Ticketing experience great. Climbing the tower was an amazing experience. Slightly scary though with people coming down the narrow steps as well as climbing up.

Getting tickets was convenient and simple using the Headout app. I'd definitely recommend this experience as the Palazzo Pitti was impressive and the Boboli Gardens were spectacular.

It was pleasant to skip the queue(even if not very long in that case). What I would appretiate? There are plenty of paintings there in exhibitions - it would be very nice to have information about the location of the most favourite ones - Rafael Santini, PetrPaul Rubens, Titian... However it could be not the case to prevent crowds in front of them..... Who wants he/she will find them...

Muy buena experiencia! Muy recomendable! Se hacen las colas a la hora que corresponde la subida a la cupula. Para el resto de zonas hay que hacer una cola pero fue corta. Si no reservas no podrás subir!

Ticketing experience was seamless. My recommendation is to book your entry for earlier in the dat. The crowds are considerable after noon. When you arrive, you must go to the ticket area (not the long line) and they will give you a paper ticket when you show them your electronic reservation. Beautiful place with a fascinating history.

The entire service was amazing! Everything on time and uncomplicated. Very well organised. The ticket is definiteley worth the price! So many attrictions for only 30.- Would definiteley recommand it.

Il pass che abbiamo acquistato (Giotto Pass) ci ha permesso di visitare diversi monumenti, tra cui il magnifico Campanile. La salita è davvero consigliatissima! Non è troppo dura perché ci sono diverse "terrazze" in cui riprendere fiato prima del piano finale, da cui si può godere di una vista unica su Firenze e sulla Cupola. È stato stupendo avere questo imponente monumento davanti, quasi a poterlo toccare e ammirarlo in tutto il suo splendore. Consiglio davvero a tutti!

Bell tower was the best part. A lot of great opportunities to get citywide photos. Basilica was just ok. And work being done on ceiling so could not see actual fresco. Interesting and well worth the value.

Il ne faut pas avoir le vertige, ni peur d'avoir à monter des escaliers pour monter au Duomo !!! Pensez à réserver votre ascension au dôme bien avant de partir, c'est tout le temps plein. Très belle expérience qui en met plein des yeux. Nous recommandons Headout ! Tout s'est bien passé dans le timing annoncé

Facile accesso con i biglietti "skip the line". Il campanile è un'ottima scalata. Battistero stupefacente. Un po' deluso dall'accesso al Duomo. Solo una piccola parte posteriore. La maggior parte era chiusa.

I biglietti a tempo hanno davvero migliorato la nostra esperienza e non abbiamo dovuto fare la fila per molto tempo! E il Duomo è stato mozzafiato!

Bella vista, molte scale! Mi è piaciuto il campanario perché permette di avere una bella vista sul duomo. Cercate di andarci in una giornata limpida!

Non c'è un ordine da seguire e non è chiaro dove si trovi il museo .... così abbiamo perso quello e il battistero. Quando siamo arrivati non sapevamo nemmeno cosa fosse il battistero...
