Biglietti combinati: tour dello stadio e del museo SL Benfica + Palacio Nacional da Pena e parco

Estuve alli el sabado 03/05/2024 con 2 amigos, llovia mucho y habia atasco entre Lisboa-Sintra, llegamos 15 minutos tarde, preguntamos en la entrada al pasar las entradas y nos dijeron que a lo mejor nos podian dejar pasar ya que el dia estaba muy lluvioso y no habia demasiada gente en el lugar, al llegar arriba del Palacio da Pena la persona de seguridad que escaneaba las entradas nos nego la entrada (con un tono bastante de burla) viendo al siguiente grupo pasando por dentro del Palacio a pocos metros de nosotros nos negó la entrada...

Visita magnifica ma per l'interno il punto di incontro non è chiaro e questo mi ha fatto quasi perdere l'ora della visita. Per salire il gps era strada sbagliata. J'ai du appeler un truc tu. Lungo la strada per non arrivare in ritardo. Poi, una volta entrato, non c'erano istruzioni per il bus navetta che saliva. Ho dovuto trovare tutto da solo, sono stato fortunato. Per il resto, l'esperienza in sé è stata incredibile. Solo un problema organizzativo

Ci è piaciuto molto il palazzo. Abbiamo avuto un problema nell'ordinare i biglietti. Potete confermare che ci sono stati addebitati solo 2 biglietti? Ho provato a ordinare con un'altra carta ma mi è stato negato, quindi ho usato la carta di Shelly B e non di Paula B. Vi prego di confermare che anche a Paula B non è stato addebitato nulla. La prenotazione dei biglietti è stata buona. Abbiamo risparmiato molto tempo all'attrazione. Non ci siamo resi conto che avremmo dovuto entrare all'interno nello stesso momento in cui siamo entrati nel parco, ma il personale è stato fantastico nel permetterci di tagliare la coda più tardi e di entrare rapidamente. Personale molto bravo. Mia moglie ha rischiato di perdere la sciarpa, ma un membro del personale l'ha rintracciata e restituita.

No need on spending money buying the ticket with the transport . We waited too long for it so finally decided to walk the 30 min up to the entrance because otherwise we will be loosing our entrance time. We got there 1 hr before our entrance time

Lugar impresionante, merece la pena visitarlo el único punto negativo es la cantidad de gente que había. Si quieres poder hacer fotos sin cientos de personas hay que estar en el castillo a primera hora y en temporada baja.

Het park en tuinen waren mooi, het paleis van buiten prachtig. Ondanks het tijdslot moesten we bijna een half uur van te voren al in de rij gaan staan. Eenmaal binnen liep je in file achter elkaar aan, niet rustig kijken of info lezen etc. Zonde van het ticket en dat wat er eventueel te zien was! It was an excellent stadium tour. Luis the guide was exceptional. The only disappointment was not seeing the home changing room. Whilst I appreciate this is possibly a privileged thing, it would have been nice to see a glimpse of the area as the away changing room was sterile and neutral. I have been on many stadium tours of top European teams and seeing the home changing room was definitely the highlight. This tour was the first that we were not permitted

Fue todo fácil. El acceso con el autobús que sube fue lo complicado. Casi no llegamos y habíamos llegado con 2 h de antelación a sintra

The palace is stunning and worth every money. Be careful on the timeslot you have, they are strict on the rules and the waiting time needs to be respected.

Negativ: - Home Bereich (Garderoben, etc.) konnten, angeblich aus Sicherheitsgründen, nicht besichtigt werden. Bei Athletic Bilbao und Real San Sebastian kann man das auch während der Meisterschaft, hat also mit Sicherheit nichts zu tun. - Tour war auf portugiesisch UND englisch, d.h. es dauerte alles viel länger als wenn es nur englisch gewesen wäre. Die portugiesisch sprechenden Teilnehmer, hätte englisch wahrscheinlich auch verstanden wie alle anderen auch (Schweizer, Italiener, etc.) - Lange Wartezeit, bis die Stadion-Tour begann. Wir mussten zuerst das Museum besichtigen und danach auch wieder warten bis die Tour begann. Positiv: - Alles andere, v.a. auch die Abgabe eines Benfica-Schal's ist eine sehr gute Idee.

The exteriors of the Pena Palace set against the forest setting, are gorgeous, very fairy tale like. The place needs some love and care as it is dirty in some areas, with uncollected trash in a few parts. The place gets too crowded. It needs to set a daily limit and stick to itS

The palace was beautiful but the transportation to the gate was a nightmare. Your website needs to be updated to explain the fact that you have to pay more for transport just to get to the main gate. We attempted to drive our rental car up to the palace main gate but were diverted away from the access road to the palace and had to park miles away and pay again for transportation to the main gate! We also were scammed by a few locals that pretended to be drivers to the gate and overcharged us for the ride and misinformed us on how to get back to our car. The website needs to explain the fact that you cannot drive up to the main gate and that you will need to pay for additional transportation.

The tickets for Quinta de Regaliera led me to believe they were only good for the date on the ticket although everything I had read said a ticket was good for 120 days. We went the following day after Pena Palace just to see if we could get in and, luckily they were valid. We almost didn't go thinking we had missed out. Please clarify that!

Beautiful Palace. Loved we could tour/ read about it at our own pace. Loved that it was timed entry. I wish Belém Torre an Jeronimos Monestary were also timed entry.

Excelente experiencia junto a la familia. Esperaba más de las estancias reales y visita dentro del palacio. Por la parte exterior demasiado desolado, no había detalles. La cafetería fatal

Loved Pena Palace. One of the most remarkable sights I've ever seen. It's so high up in the mountains that at times the clouds touch the palace. I was surprised by how well-timed everything was. I never felt like it was overcrowded (compared to some other places I have been in, say, Paris). There was enough room to breathe, take great photos, and enjoy myself without feeling rushed.

La visite du stade est vraiment superbe puis le musée, en tout compter 2h30 à 3h de visite mais ça vaut le coup même pour ceux qui ne sont pas trop fan de foot comme moi. Mon mari et mon fils étaient aux anges. Visite en anglais ou en portugais mais à l'entrée nous pouvons télécharger les explications en français

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Pena Palace - it was certainly well-organized and the staff were most helpful and approachable at all times. The view from the outdoor levels was breath-taking . I would highly recommend this as a 'must see' venture!
