The palace was beautiful but the transportation to the gate was a nightmare. Your website needs to be updated to explain the fact that you have to pay more for transport just to get to the main gate. We attempted to drive our rental car up to the palace main gate but were diverted away from the access road to the palace and had to park miles away and pay again for transportation to the main gate! We also were scammed by a few locals that pretended to be drivers to the gate and overcharged us for the ride and misinformed us on how to get back to our car. The website needs to explain the fact that you cannot drive up to the main gate and that you will need to pay for additional transportation.

The tickets for Quinta de Regaliera led me to believe they were only good for the date on the ticket although everything I had read said a ticket was good for 120 days. We went the following day after Pena Palace just to see if we could get in and, luckily they were valid. We almost didn't go thinking we had missed out. Please clarify that!

Beautiful Palace. Loved we could tour/ read about it at our own pace. Loved that it was timed entry. I wish Belém Torre an Jeronimos Monestary were also timed entry.

Loved Pena Palace. One of the most remarkable sights I've ever seen. It's so high up in the mountains that at times the clouds touch the palace. I was surprised by how well-timed everything was. I never felt like it was overcrowded (compared to some other places I have been in, say, Paris). There was enough room to breathe, take great photos, and enjoy myself without feeling rushed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Pena Palace - it was certainly well-organized and the staff were most helpful and approachable at all times. The view from the outdoor levels was breath-taking . I would highly recommend this as a 'must see' venture!

The Pena Palace is a very unique place and provides many photo opportunities. As a photographer that is what I always look for and the Pena Palace delivered!

Very good tour of the palace and everything in there still appears well preserved. The only digital ticket helped skip the queue at the entrance. Overall good experience

Kasteel is prachtig! Wij hadden inclusief vervoer alleen was ons niet duidelijk dat je eerst een andere bus moet hebben die je naar het punt brengt waar de andere bus staat om je naar het kasteel te brengen

This is a great tourist attraction the access to which, however, is very difficult. And, yes, the place is overcrowded, which makes it hard to really enjoy visiting it.

Siamo arrivati con un po' di ritardo per via dei mezzi affollati ma sono stati gentili da farci entrare visto che avevamo anche un bimbo piccolo. Il palazzo è stupendo!

Mi è piaciuto molto esplorare il castello e i terreni! C'è molto da vedere e da apprezzare. Raccomanderei sicuramente di dedicare qualche ora a ciascun sito. Magari portatevi degli spuntini per un picnic.

Il palazzo è una meraviglia, così come il luogo in cui si trova. Ogni sezione del palazzo è ben descritta, non è necessaria un'audioguida.

L'acquisto dei biglietti online è stato fantastico e diretto, scaricare l'app per ottenere i biglietti in modo da poterli presentare sul nostro cellulare al cancello per l'ingresso è stato perfetto. L'unica cosa un po' confusa è stato il parcheggio, abbiamo guidato fino all'area di parcheggio più alta ma non eravamo sicuri di essere nel posto giusto e di dove fosse il bus per il trasferimento al castello, abbiamo finito per camminare per 20 minuti fino all'ingresso del castello, il bus era in un altro punto d'ingresso che non sarebbe stato nemmeno di 10 minuti per una persona abile a camminare. Panorami stupefacenti e un'architettura incredibile in un bellissimo parco.

Il palazzo e il parco sono impressionanti, sono grandiosi! La mia domanda sul biglietto è: perché non date l'opzione "palazzo più trasporto", dato che non si può volare dall'ingresso al palazzo, cioè per visitare il palazzo si entra necessariamente nel parco e poi lo si può visitare. Ho pagato un biglietto che comprendeva "palazzo più parco più trasporto", e non ho trovato l'opzione "palazzo più trasporto".

Buona accoglienza e informazioni chiare su dove andare. Nonostante sia molto affollato, il personale è stato disponibile e cordiale. Unico neo: la piccola caffetteria offre solo cose molto brutte e incellofanate.

Vivendo negli Stati Uniti e viaggiando in un altro Paese, non si è mai sicuri di come andrà l'esperienza del biglietto pre-acquistato. Abbiamo mostrato i nostri biglietti per entrare nel gate e abbiamo trovato l'autobus molto facilmente. Anche l'app Headout ha funzionato alla grande.
