Da Pompei/Napoli: biglietti Salta la Coda per escursione sul Vesuvio con trasferimenti di andata e ritorno

I found the meeting point easily and we left on time for Vesuvius. We were a big international group but once we arrived at the volcano it was every man and woman for himself. A volcanologist presentation was included in the ticket but it was up to us to find him/her on the top after the climb. I didn't hear everything the volcanologist had to say because time was pressing and I wanted to do the full walk around the volcano. Our group had 1.40 hours to climb and explore. One negative point is no one warns that there are no public toilets at the volcano. To use a toilet you have to buy a souvenir (and the choice wasn't great) in a shop because toilets were reserved for customers. But as a whole I found it quite practical to book a tour instead of trying to go there on my own. I recommend.

The volcano trip was good. Direct to the location and had fun. ......But the other trip the guide tour at the ruins was bad due to the guide. He was awful. With kids in the group instead of providing more facts that all ages could enjoy, the guide was consistently referring to sexual behaviors. Very disappointing

Once we arrived we had to wait for the tickets to arrive on the next bus. The young man from the tour operator told us there would be guides up at the top but there were none and those we met were on our way down when we had to get back to the bus! Disappointing.

È stato facile trovare il luogo dell'incontro, ma i bagni non avevano né carta igienica né sapone... disgustoso. L'escursione è stata fantastica. Raccomanderei una giacca e della Dramamina se si ha facilmente la nausea.

Ottime le persone che ci hanno accolto. E il prezzo è stato comunicato bene da tutte le parti coinvolte. Il lato negativo è che siamo stati quasi spazzati via in autostrada durante il trasferimento di ritorno.

Il personale del negozio di Via Roma è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L'autobus per il Vesuvio è stato ottimo. Le istruzioni erano chiare e il viaggio di ritorno è stato puntuale. Nel complesso, è stato un viaggio fantastico e ci è piaciuto molto.

Effectivement nous avons passé plus de temps dur la route et peu de temps sur le magnifique site du Vésuve et lors de la réservation on ne nous indique pas sur le temps sera très limité et qu'il sera impossible aux personnes plus limitées ou moins entraînées en marche de faire l'ascension jusqu'en haut! On nous informatisai sur nous aurons un guide touristique dans le bus qui nous contera le Vésuve en anglais à l'aller : RIEN....

We did thoroughly enjoy our trip to Mt Vesuvius, it was spectacular once we got to the summit with incredible views overlooking Naples and the surrounding sites. However , our minibus was 45 mins late and there wasn't any communication as to when the driver was arriving. We felt quite rushed to get around the site, we didn't feel we had time to take a break at the summit to get food and a sit down. The minibus wasn't of great quality but the journey is relatively short (around 40 mins). The inclusions also mentions an English speaking guide at the crater which isn't part of this package, this is simply just transport and a ticket to the volcano. However, this did suit our requirements but it should be clearer in the description.

Tutto perfetto. Navetta trasferimento arrivata con largo anticipo al punto di ritrovo (fronte Hotel Ramada, Napoli). Driver (Aniello) cortese e gentile che ci ha anticipato alcune info relative al Vesuvio. Percorso a piedi impegnativo ma bellissimo e con viste mozzafiato. Guida esauriente con decrizione dettagliata anche se un po' breve. Affascinante l'arrivo al cono. Magnifica esperienza.

Ci è piaciuta questa gita sul Vesuvio! L'autobus ci ha portato fino alla cima, dove le auto possono arrivare. Da lì, c'è una camminata di 20-30 minuti (indossate scarpe robuste) nella ghiaia sabbiosa. Abbiamo avuto tutto il tempo per fare il giro del vulcano e tornare giù in tempo per dare un'occhiata ai negozi di souvenir. Raccomandiamo sicuramente questa gita! Leggendo tutte le recensioni eravamo un po' preoccupati che non ci fosse tempo per una pausa bagno prima della partenza. Tuttavia, questo non è stato un problema per noi. Siamo arrivati 10 minuti prima come indicato sul biglietto. Non preoccupatevi, ma sappiate che non ci sono bagni prima del ritorno.

We were picked up on time and had a great hike up to the hill. Even tho it's crowded the view over Napoli is quite rewarding.

The experience was good in that the driver was nice and on time, all ok to find. However, the weather was pretty bad (not the fault of the tour operator) and we saw absolutely nothing at the top. The Vesuvius tour was not guided either, so we did not have any proper information.

Alles hat problemlos funktioniert! Die Gästeführerin hat ihre Sache wirklich super gemacht - bei 38 Grad im Schatten kein leichtes Der Ausflug zum Vesuv war sehr gut koordiniert Alles in allem - perfekt!

La salita al Vesuvio è stata straordinaria, ma abbiamo avuto solo 1,40 minuti in totale, il che non è stato sufficiente per fare entrambe le parti guidate. Siamo stati prelevati da Napoli e dovevamo essere lì per le 9.05 per una partenza alle 9.20. L'autista non si è presentato a prenderci fino a quasi le 9.25, quindi abbiamo pensato che avremmo potuto fare un'escursione. L'autista è venuto a prenderci solo alle 9.25, quindi abbiamo pensato di essere stati dimenticati. Siamo stati poi portati fino a Pompei per raccogliere altre persone e poi di nuovo al Vesuvio. Quindi, invece di iniziare la nostra scalata del Vesuvio alle 9.50 circa, non siamo partiti prima delle 10.55. Un'ora di ritardo e un'ora di caldo in più. Se avessimo preso il bus di trasferimento dalla stazione della circumvesuviana, come offerto da altri tour, saremmo andati direttamente lì e avremmo avuto due ore intere prima di dover tornare, quindi avremmo avuto più tempo per fare la seconda guida - che era inclusa nel biglietto, ma per la quale non c'era tempo.

The majority of the trip was wonderful. Comfortable coach, friendly staff, amazing destination. We had a bit of a problem on arrival though as our 6 year old needed a ticket, despite it being free. This was quite stressful as for a while it looked like we would not be able to do Vesuvius after all, or at least one of us wouldn't be able to. The man from the agency says this had changed recently and you hadn't known and he worked really hard to find a solution. (Maybe more communication in English as my husband didn't know what was going on and I did but I can speak italian so he must have just said in italian - or maybe this is my husband's fault as he doesn't hear what I say either!) Eventually it was sorted and as there was no option of another bus he delayed the return so we would have the amount of time we were meant to have.

Il Vesuvio è bellissimo, il trasferimento è stato OK, la guida molto gentile. Caos totale al parcheggio in cima, tempi di attesa catastrofici per i bagni. L'organizzatore potrebbe fare qualcosa in loco per migliorare le condizioni. Sul posto, a Pompei, si fa riferimento solo all'audioguida e alla guida scritta di Pompei (a pagamento), non alla versione gratuita online. In generale, si tratta solo di un check-in turistico.

Posto molto bello e ricco di storia, fontane d'acqua disponibili, piccolo inconveniente: il biglietto d'ingresso era più costoso online che se avessimo pagato in loco.

Il gruppo era piccolo e il prelievo è stato puntuale. C'è stato abbastanza tempo per salire sul Vesuvio e tornare al punto di consegna... Tutto è andato liscio e raccomanderei sicuramente Headout, era la prima volta che prenotavo ma sicuramente non l'ultima!

Sistema di pagamento facile, ho trovato alcune offerte che non erano disponibili su altri siti web. Solo una menzione, per il biglietto del Vesuvio, la mia prenotazione prevedeva anche una guida inclusa nel tour, ma in realtà avevamo solo un autista, il tour non era guidato. Non è stato un grosso problema per me, ma immagino che altre persone possano volere una guida a disposizione. A parte questo, tutto è stato perfetto.

L'accoglienza al punto di incontro è stata buona, così come il trasporto da e per il punto di incontro. Al ritorno, però, l'autista dell'autobus ci ha lasciati in una stazione ferroviaria distante circa un chilometro, senza chiederci nulla e con diverse persone a bordo. Un'iniziativa che gli si sarebbe potuta chiedere...
