Gita di un giorno a Keukenhof e alla fattoria di tulipani con mulini

I giardini di Keukenhof erano incredibili e valevano la pena di essere visitati. Le istruzioni per il biglietto erano confuse. Quando sono arrivata a This is Holland, sono arrivata in anticipo. C'era molta gente e gli impiegati controllavano i biglietti e poi distribuivano pacchi e indirizzavano tutti verso gli autobus. Non ho dovuto mostrare alcun documento d'identità (le istruzioni dicevano che avrei dovuto farlo). Avevo prenotato la fascia oraria per la partenza delle 9:30. Dato che ero in anticipo, l'autobus su cui sono stato messo è partito alle 9:00 e non alle 9:30. Non è stato un problema, solo che non mi piace l'idea di essere un po' troppo giovane. È andata bene, ma non so se questo fosse il "pullman di lusso" su cui avrei dovuto viaggiare. Il biglietto che ho ordinato includeva una crociera facoltativa in primavera. Al Keukenhof non c'era nulla che indicasse come prenderla. Quando finalmente ho trovato qualcuno che ne aveva sentito parlare, mi ha detto che la crociera di primavera era a 10 km di distanza da Keukenhof. Non sono riuscito a trovare nessuno che sapesse come arrivarci. Ho comunque trascorso 4 ore e ho avuto una grande esperienza ai giardini di Keukenhof e il trasporto lì e di ritorno ad Amsterdam ha funzionato bene. Non credo che sia valsa la pena pagare l'upgrade per la crociera quando nessuno sapeva come raggiungerla. Forse c'era un autobus speciale per questo viaggio in cui le persone ricevevano istruzioni sulla crociera e io sono stato messo su quello sbagliato?

Le chauffeur de bus était très sympathique et patient. Le jardin de Keukenhof est magnifique ! Pour la ferme des tulipes et pour la croisière des moulins, j'ai regretté que les guides ne parlent qu'anglais. Du coup, je n'ai pas tout compris. Si on avait pu avoir le texte écrit en français de ce que les guides disaient, cela aurait été super ! Merci d'y penser pour la prochaine fois !

Fantastic experience, what a colourful sight .. we should have been atleast couple of weeks before the visited date on 13th May , hope to catch the brilliant experience again next year well in advance .

Even it was not a sunniest day ever, we Enjoyed the garden. The tour with the boath is nice but the instant translation with the phone sometimes doesn't work for internet connection problem.

The windmill river cruise was absolutely fantastic!! Comfortable boat, friendly crew, excellent views. Definitely great value for the price.

Everything was easy and the experience was wonderful. The transportation, the trip, the boat and finally the place.

My friend and I purchased the bundle that included the windmill tour. To be honest, skip the windmill tour. I thought it was going to be a nice river cruise inside of Keukenhof gardens, but it was actually about 20 minutes away. We took a coach to the cruise first, and I felt like I wasted a lot of time that I could have been at Keukenhof. I booked the 10:30am slot, and did not leave the meeting spot until closer to 11am. Then we drove to the river cruise, another about 45 minutes. When we got there, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get on the boat. And the boat took 1 hour 30 minutes. This would have been worth it if the windmill tour was outstanding. However, it was jusy okay. The boat itself is cute, you can sit and enjoy a coffee. You get some great views of the local homes. But there is only really one windmill that you come close to. The others are small and far away. The tour isn't that great to be quite honest with you. I would skip it as to me, it is not with the extra money. I would have rather spent more time at Keukenhof. Despite this, when we arrived to Keukenhof I was amazed. It is an absolute must. It is beautiful! I recommend going on a weekday as it is usually a bit less busy. My friend and I stayed for about 4 hours, just walking around, taking photos, and enjoying the scenery. I recommend trying to look at the weather beforehand, as we had a lovely sunny day but others aren't that lucky. Overall I would 100% recommend going to visit Keukenhof!

I loved the entire experience! We had a windmill cruise and a day at Keukenhof - I was not prepared for how spectacular a day we were going to have - sensory overload in the best way possible! The address link in the email sent did not work for us but we were able to google the address for This Is Holland easily - the only thing I could recommend improvement for. Thank you
