What a place

The concentration camps at Birkaneau is exactly like I pictured it, one of the most inhumane places I've ever been to

Only go if you have the stomach for it, I am a very emotional person and was crying all the way through- any person with even a modicum of humanity will; it's just so sad

Glad that this trip includes drop off and pick up at Krakow. We weren't sure of it earlier and were deciding on arranging transport. Easy buy

Disturbing but so important

I saw a woman bring two children to Auschwitz-Birkenau and I was just horrified. To put your children through something like this is gruesome- please don't take away their innocence at such a young age

It is so saddening to think of the horrors the inmates were put through here- the guide did an excellent job of lightening the mood

One thing's for sure: after you've seen everything at Auschwitz and Birkenau your approach towards life and humanity in general will change

I'm a Jew myself so seeing this was kind of a rite of passage for me in my family. Just stunned.
