I was nervous using head out. Wasn’t sure if anyone was going to be there with my tickets. But I had received an email reminder that the event was coming soon. Also received a text that day letting me know that my host was on his way and gave me his name. He was there way before me and was very nice. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again
