Important Information

• Groups of less than 20 people ensure an intimate experience

• You must wear a life jacket for this activity

• Children of heights between 1 - 1.2 meters may participate, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket

• Children of heights between 1.21 - 1.4 meters can participate alone in this encounter program

• Underwater cameras are not permitted for safety purposes

• Pregnant women (more than 5 months) are not allowed to participate

• Remember to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time of experience for the orientation

• Towels will not be provided to you, so please bring your own
