Important Information

• Take off glasses, jewelry, and hats before entering a pool with dolphins so as not to injure yourself or the dolphin while swimming.

• Facilities: Parking, Wheelchair Accessibility, Restroom, Nurse Room.

Restrictions

• The swim with dolphins experience is restricted for guests aged 6 and under.

• Guests between ages 5-6 are allowed to swim only with a parent’s escort into the pool.

• The swim with dolphins experience is restricted for guests with open wounds and blisters, special needs and infantile cerebral palsy, and pregnant women.

• Guests with chronic skin diseases, cardiovascular diseases, STDs, and some other cases (lesion, eye, ear, nose, or throat infection, ) are not allowed to swim with dolphins.

• A special program will be provided for swimmers weighing over 100kg.

• Note that the technical capabilities of lifting a guest with a wheelchair into the hall are up to 80kg.

• Note that the following are not allowed at this attraction: large bags, pets, flash photography, weapons, chemicals, narcotic substances, strong-smelling objects and liquids, poisons, balloons, and firecrackers.
