- The HOHO bus operates from 10am to 4:20pm.
- The tour is not available on 1 Nov, 11 Nov, 24 Dec, 25 Dec and 26 Dec.
- Carry a printout of your voucher and hop on to the bus from any stop on the route. The driver will exchange it for the bus ticket.
- Alternatively, just show your mobile voucher to the driver at the 1st bus stop (Wawel Royal Castle, Old Town) and collect your bus ticket.
- If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must carry a valid student ID.

- If you choose to use your mobile voucher to redeem your tickets, arrive at the 1st bus stop of the HOHO tour - Wawel Royal Castle, Old Town.
