Sun Dubai was off the chart fantastic. My only comment is that there doesn't appear to be a system to get riders into cabs at the slotted time they have on their ticket, especially me, who paid a premium to ride during sunset. In order to get in on time we had to be "pushy" and more aggressive than I would have liked.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Dress comfortably and appropriately for a public attraction.

What’s not allowed

No outside food or beverages allowed.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Alcoholic beverages are only available to guests of legal drinking age and only included in certain ticket types.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the cabins and lounge areas.

Tips and gratuities are not included and are optional.

Additional in-cabin purchases, arcade games, and some plaza activities may incur extra charges.

Accessibility

Ain Dubai is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms are available on site. Staff are trained to assist visitors with mobility needs.

Additional information

Children under 3 years enter free but must be accompanied by an adult.

Child tickets apply to ages 3–11; adult tickets for ages 12 and above.

Arrive early to allow time for security, check-in, and pre-ride activities.

Some cabins and experiences may have age restrictions for alcoholic beverages; alcoholic drinks are served only to guests of legal drinking age.

The experience duration is approximately 38 minutes per ride.

For a smoother experience, arrive ahead of your scheduled time to allow for security and check-in procedures.

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.

Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests aged under 21 years old.

Please be aware that cabin assignments for groups may be subject to change based on availability.

The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.

If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification.

Kindly ensure that you arrive 45 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid any delays.

Getting There

Ain Dubai is located on Bluewaters, opposite Caesar’s Palace Bluewaters Dubai, and near other top-rated Dubai tourist attractions. The ticket office is located at the base of Ain Dubai, but we highly recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

From Dubai:

Take the Sheikh Zayed Road E11 towards Abu Dhabi.

Exit at junction 31 towards Al Azraq Street.

Follow the Bluewaters/ Ain Dubai Signs.

From Abu Dhabi:

Take the E11 Sheikh Zayed Road towards Dubai.

Exit at junction 29 for Garn Al Sabkha St/D59 E.

Merge onto Garn Al Sabkha St/D59.

Follow the Bluewaters/Ain Dubai Signs.
