Quel théâtre fantastique - confortable, climatisé, avec des vues fantastiques, tout en rondeur - tout simplement parfait. Le spectacle était à la hauteur de l'environnement - Martin Freeman et Jack Lowden étaient tout simplement brillants et drôles. Un excellent scénario, brillamment interprété, dans un lieu exceptionnel !

La performance des deux hommes était très puissante, mais bien qu'il y ait eu 2 heures sur mon billet, elle n'a duré que 1h20. Sachant que je suis venu de Leeds (excursion d'une journée) pour le voir, je me suis senti un peu lésé ! Théâtre excellent. Bonne climatisation lors d'une journée très chaude.

Originally developed as a collaboration between Ireland and the National Theatre of Scotland, this two-hander by David Ireland examines the complexities of the AA recovery process through the lens of sponsor-sponsee dynamics.

The story

New to Alcoholics Anonymous, Luka reluctantly accepts James as his sponsor – an older man who appears to have mastered the program's twelve steps. Their relationship grows increasingly complex as Luka approaches the pivotal fifth step, which demands complete honesty about one's past transgressions. Over black coffees and shared conversations, it becomes clear that both men harbor dangerous secrets that could jeopardize their journey.
