Combo « Essentiel de Lisbonne » : Monastère des Hiéronymites + tour de Belém + Palais de Pena

Les alentours de la Tour étaient jonchés d'ordures :face_with_raise_eyebrow : J'ai bien aimé le personnel d'alerte, même si celui qui était en tête de file était en train de vaper. Pas très professionnel.

L'expérience de la billetterie a été excellente. Cependant, il n'y avait pas d'heure d'entrée prévue et nous avons dû faire la queue pendant plus de 2 heures. Bien que la tour soit une merveilleuse attraction, nous n'aurions pas réservé de billets si nous l'avions su à l'avance.

Le cloître est l'un des plus beaux que nous ayons jamais vus, et nous en avons vu beaucoup... L'ensemble de la structure vaut la peine d'être visitée. L'achat a été rapide et facile, l'e-mail contenant les billets est arrivé immédiatement et j'ai apprécié de ne pas avoir à les acheter pour un jour précis.

La réservation des billets était bonne. Nous avons gagné beaucoup de temps à l'attraction. Nous n'avions pas réalisé que nous aurions dû entrer à l'intérieur en même temps que nous entrions dans le parc, mais le personnel a été formidable pour nous permettre de couper la file d'attente et d'entrer rapidement. Très bon personnel. Ma femme a failli perdre son écharpe mais un membre du personnel l'a retrouvée et lui a rendu.

Not organized enough, there should have been specific time schedule for the visitation. I bought the tickets on line and still we were almost 2 hours waiting to enter.

No need on spending money buying the ticket with the transport . We waited too long for it so finally decided to walk the 30 min up to the entrance because otherwise we will be loosing our entrance time. We got there 1 hr before our entrance time

O convento e a igreja sao lindos, o sistema de gestao de filas para visitar o monumento nao està a altura. Numa brincadeira, o sistema talvez seja mais antigo que o monumento :)

Lugar impresionante, merece la pena visitarlo el único punto negativo es la cantidad de gente que había. Si quieres poder hacer fotos sin cientos de personas hay que estar en el castillo a primera hora y en temporada baja.

Os ingressos comprados antecipadamente ainda no Brasil atendeu plenamente. Não tivemos nenhum problema para entrar, só a espera de 2 horas na fila que cansou um pouco.

Me gusto la higiene y de como tienen el lugar, la verdad impecable! Vale la pena volver. Lo unico que no me gusto es la espera, ya que, tenes que hacer 2hs de cola.

The maritime museum was the absolute highlight for my family and "saved" our trip to Belém. Crowd management at the entrance is very poor and even with an advanced purchase, the line in the morning was an absolute turn off.

The app was not allowing me to sign in (not a username/password issue, it just wouldn't bring me to my account) and thus I had difficulties opening the tickets. The staff at the venue were able to assist however and it worked out, but customers should not be required to download the app in order to pull up the tickets. Tickets should be included in the confirmation email (like how every other ticket provider does it).

Het park en tuinen waren mooi, het paleis van buiten prachtig. Ondanks het tijdslot moesten we bijna een half uur van te voren al in de rij gaan staan. Eenmaal binnen liep je in file achter elkaar aan, niet rustig kijken of info lezen etc. Zonde van het ticket en dat wat er eventueel te zien was! Ook de "tentoonstelling op zich" was niet bijster afwisselend en daardoor saai

Ticketing was fine. The lines were long on a day with rain showers . We waited until 430pm having visited the church around 2pm. At that time the lines were much shorter than earlier in the day.

Fue todo fácil. El acceso con el autobús que sube fue lo complicado. Casi no llegamos y habíamos llegado con 2 h de antelación a sintra

The monastery was pretty good! The only complaint would be the organisation of the queue, it was a bit confusing to know where we need to stand in line. But all in all it was very good experience.

Le lieu est magnifique et vaut la visite. Cependant faire 2 fois la queue : une fois pour le monastère avec 2h d'attente et une fois pour la chapelle avec 30 min est très décevant surtout lorsque l'on a acheté ses billets sur Internet.

The palace is stunning and worth every money. Be careful on the timeslot you have, they are strict on the rules and the waiting time needs to be respected.

The exteriors of the Pena Palace set against the forest setting, are gorgeous, very fairy tale like. The place needs some love and care as it is dirty in some areas, with uncollected trash in a few parts. The place gets too crowded. It needs to set a daily limit and stick to itS
