I received an email from Headout stating that my meeting point for the ticket changed and it gave me a new addrress. I went to the new address 15 mintues before my appointment time. The new address, however, was the museum. I assumed that I was supposed to meet at the museum and then we'd be guided to the duomo from there. However, that was not the case. So when we eventually went to the duomo on our own, we were told we were late. Fortunately, the gentleman was gracious and let us in after I explained the situation. The ticket instructions were also unclear, as it states that the ticket is valid for 3 days. The ticket should be more clear and state that it's only valid for 3 days for 4 of the 5 attractions, not including the duomo. The entry and exit time listed on the ticket should state that that's the entry and exit time for the duomo. Nowhere does it state that. I only learned that after the fact.

It was awesome to be able to climb the dome! The cathedral is a free experience. We found that it was a struggle to get all three experiences in, that we paid for, in an hour due to the lines. So we only got to enjoy the dome walk. Still a breathtaking experience!

Nous avons été en retard car le bus conduisant vers le meeting point à Accademia et Uffizienz était gravement en retard. Nous avons reçu sans problème nos tickets et nous passions par le red point, c'est-à-dire la queue la plus vite!

David was incredible. Even more impressive than we imagined. Note that the meeting point is before spot on the map and by the orange flag.

Ticketing experience great. Climbing the tower was an amazing experience. Slightly scary though with people coming down the narrow steps as well as climbing up.

Exceptional art, a bit complicated to view everything and lots os stairs difficult for elder people and just one elevator

We arrived to appointment early and asked if it was possible to enter before the appointment. The very nice young man not only got us in early but was extremely curteous and accomodating with charming manners. I am sorry I did not get his name to compliment him directly! Thank you!

A bit confusing since there were so many people in line, made it difficult to locate correct location. Also entry running later than expected

It was easy to find the tour manager outside. They helped me download a guide. They were very helpful. Skipping the line was great. My only recommendation was that the download of information wasn't as thorough as the audio guides inside.

Great joining instructions and information. Easy to find. Well worth paying for 'skip the queue'. Very well organised.

Muy buena experiencia! Muy recomendable! Se hacen las colas a la hora que corresponde la subida a la cupula. Para el resto de zonas hay que hacer una cola pero fue corta. Si no reservas no podrás subir!

The entire service was amazing! Everything on time and uncomplicated. Very well organised. The ticket is definiteley worth the price! So many attrictions for only 30.- Would definiteley recommand it.

Las galerias son espectaculares , con boletos igual hay que hacer filas pero lo que me molesto es que me di cuenta que varia muho el precio en la taquilla del lugar y ademas habia muchas entradas

Il pass che abbiamo acquistato (Giotto Pass) ci ha permesso di visitare diversi monumenti, tra cui il magnifico Campanile. La salita è davvero consigliatissima! Non è troppo dura perché ci sono diverse "terrazze" in cui riprendere fiato prima del piano finale, da cui si può godere di una vista unica su Firenze e sulla Cupola. È stato stupendo avere questo imponente monumento davanti, quasi a poterlo toccare e ammirarlo in tutto il suo splendore. Consiglio davvero a tutti!

Bell tower was the best part. A lot of great opportunities to get citywide photos. Basilica was just ok. And work being done on ceiling so could not see actual fresco. Interesting and well worth the value.

Il ne faut pas avoir le vertige, ni peur d'avoir à monter des escaliers pour monter au Duomo !!! Pensez à réserver votre ascension au dôme bien avant de partir, c'est tout le temps plein. Très belle expérience qui en met plein des yeux. Nous recommandons Headout ! Tout s'est bien passé dans le timing annoncé

We got in to the gallery eventually, but when we arrived at 445 to pick up our 5 pm tickets, the were letting in the 400 people. It was also confusing where to line up. We got in about 525. We were able to see everything we wanted in about 45 minutes.

Accès facile avec des tickets "skip the line". Le clocher est une belle ascension. Le baptistère est incroyable. Un peu déçu de l'accès au duomo. Seulement une petite partie arrière. La plus grande partie était interdite d'accès

Je n'en reviens pas de la facilité avec laquelle tout le processus s'est déroulé, de l'achat des billets à l'entrée dans le musée. Incroyable. L'application est indispensable car elle contient toutes les informations nécessaires. Je suis arrivé au point de rendez-vous, on m'a indiqué où aller et je n'ai attendu qu'une dizaine de minutes avant d'entrer dans le musée. Je referai sans aucun doute appel à Headout.
