I missed my timing and thankfully was allowed to go on the next one! Meeting point is prominent but it was quite chaotic. I like that this is really a "highlights" tour as the guide goes through the main points and leaves us for own free visit. They sell Harem tickets for more than the price inside, saying it's skip the line. But when we went in, there was no line at all. Maybe during very peak season there may be, but not in September. Tell your guide if you have harem tickets cos they have to be around to let you into the Harem. When the tour finished, we took 2 pics and couldn't find the guide anymore. Thankfully their WhatsApp help is fast and responsive. We enjoyed the highlights, thank you!

Guide was a nice man but it was stressful finding the place to meet and then it was chaos getting the vouchers. Mine didn't even have guided tour on it although I'd booked and paid for it. I assumed the Harem would be part of the tour but it wasn't. No one was told they could pick up an audio guide at the meeting place so when we were left alone to continue exploring at the end of the tour, some people wanted a guide but were told they'd have to go all the way back to the meeting place to get one. They obviously didn't bother. But when I left the palace, you could actually pick up a free audio guide at the entrance to the palace. So that was incorrect information.

Bellissima visita sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Istanbul approfondirei purtroppo avendo tante cose da vedere dopo circa due ore siamo andate via ma un'immersione nella realtà turca!non saltate la visita all harem 😁

Un'esperienza davvero positiva. La nostra guida è stata molto chiara nello spiegarci ogni dettaglio storico e architettonico di Palazzo Toptaki e dell' harem.

Die Erklärungen unseres Guide waren sehr ausführlich aus diesem Grund war es kein Problem auf den Audio-Guide zu verzichten.

La visite permet de faire une 1e découverte du palais et de son histoire avant de sa lancer seul dans le reste de la visite.

Bravi ottima accoglienza ben spiegato il punto di ritrovo facile da raggiungere guida simpatica e efficace il tutto soprattutto si e svolto in 2ore e mezza quindi non noioso e non impegnativo ne è valsa la pena alla prossima esperienza

I went with my elderly mom, so we had to skip out on the group and simply agree with the tour guide to meet in front of the Harem, which was part of our ticket. The tour inside the Harem was amazing and filled with memorable facts that the guide shared with us. I definitely recommend this tour, since we got inside the palace very quickly, the tour guide was charming and knowledgeable, the palace is so beautiful that it is a must see in Istanbul.

Wholesome tour guide, knowledgable and chill guy, harem was awesome and on top of that the library alongside with the holly items section was awesome, overall very nice experience.

Die Koordination war etwas holprig, da wir nicht genau wussten, ob wir nun zur 'headout' Gruppe gehören oder zu der on 'Istanbul wolcome Card' (es war zweiteres). Als unser Guide uns gefunden hat, lief alles super. Der Guide war kompetent, hat klar und deutlich gesprochen und es wurde nicht langweilig. Für die Führung im Harem mussten wir extra bezahlen (da nur der Eintritt inklusive war) aber es hat sich gelohnt und war sehr informativ.

It was an amazing tour with Mr. Hakam and very professional plus his English was amazing to hear. My family really enjoyed and local company: Istanbul Welcome Card | + 90 546 911 84 14. Well organized and cheap than others!
