We were communicated the wrong pick up point, which made the morning very stressful, we thought we had been scammed and were running around trying to find wifi to contact the company. This dampened our experience significantly and it was distressing. The tour guide Ricardo was excellent and this made up for the issues in the morning. Thank you to Ricardo for being so wonderful and knowledgeable.

We had to look for the meeting point and the driver told us that it has changed . Also the tasting at Moet should include both champagnes. It would have been great to get more than one glass and type of champagne. The overall experience was great , we learnt a lot about the making of champagne amd our tour guide was great . Shared a lot of insights .
