Depuis Amsterdam : Billets pour Keukenhof, visite en bus avec audioguide et croisière sur les canaux

Finding where to check in was difficult. There was no signage outside the train station. I walked past it and found a tour guide about 1/2 mile up the road. He then took us back to the train station to check in. Wasted time to do this. The queue to check in was long and more time wasted. The group then had to walk back along the canal (about 1/2 mile to where buses waited. The pick up was 12pm but we did not depart until 12. 20. On the drive to the gardens the translation audio barely worked but we had paid for the privilege of only a few words. Once at the gardens we were told our pick up time. But because of the delay departing and traffic, it left us barely 3 hours at the gardens. After going around the gardens in a rush, and being transferred back to the station canal, the boat cruise also booked (1hour cruise) was only 45 minutes. Overall it was a good day because of the locations but disappointing with organisation.

Manque d'information lorsqu'on réserve en ligne. Je ne savais pas qu'il fallait aller en boutique réserver un créneau pour la balade sur les canaux, je ne savais pas où je devais me rendre pour l'excursion à Keukenoff et le temps que nous y resterions. Il faudraut mentionner rendez vous à telle adresse pour avoir toutes les informations! Bus avec toilettes mais non utilisables. Autrement sur place les informations ont été transmises et l'excursion était très bien.

It was difficult to find the ticket booth at Amsterdam Central Station- the directions were non-existent. Apart from that the experience was great. Comfortable coach, easy access to the gardens and the gardens were fabulous. Catering at the venue was poor - not a lot of choice, too many queues and varying ways to pay; some took only cards, some took only cash. Still it was well worth going.

It was great to easily get tickets and have a clear pick up and departure time.

The gardens were mind blowing. I am not even a flower person, but these gardens unimaginable.

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable, la billetterie est facile, et le site est à couper le souffle. Nous attendons avec impatience notre prochain voyage !

Les jardins sont magnifiques et le voyage en autocar à l'aller et au retour a été facile.

Il a été très facile de réserver l'expérience et le voyage en bus était confortable.
