Your Tokyo Subway Ticket voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

You must redeem your e-voucher for physical tickets at any of the vending machines for passengers that are installed at major stations of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway.

You can also redeem the physical tickets at the offices of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line / Fukutoshin Line Shibuya and Meguro stations).
