Your day begins with a pre-dawn pick-up from your resort in Cairns, Palm Cove, or Port Douglas by Ballooning Cairns. Known for its fertile soils and diverse wildlife, the Tablelands serve as the perfect setting for your hot air balloon experience. Feel your heartbeat quicken as the balloon inflates and takes to the skies. As you float above the earth, you'll be treated to panoramic views of the stunning landscape, and if you're lucky, you might spot Australian birdlife in flight. This area is rich in a variety of birds, including the unique Australian Bustard and the vibrant Rainbow Bee-Eater.
Gourmet Breakfast at a Luxury Resort
After landing, you are transported to a beachfront 5-star resort for a private gourmet breakfast at NuNu's restaurant in Palm Cove. Known for its innovative and exciting menu that showcases the best of tropical North Queensland’s produce, NuNu's will serve a breakfast cooked to order from their tropical breakfast menu, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine.
