• As per government guidelines, all visitors are required to wear a face mask to enter and access the venue, except for small children up to 3 years.

• This exhibit is wheelchair accessible.

• Guests of determination will get a free ticket, which has to be purchased at the venue. You are required to carry proof of your disability status.

• Photography, without flash or a tripod is permitted.

Sky Views Observatory

• It is mandatory to carry a passport or Emirates ID.

• For visitors for Sky Views Glass Slide who wish to watch the sunset between 3pm to 7pm, we would recommend booking an entry time approximately 90 minutes prior during peak seasons.

• Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.

• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

• Only one-time slide is permitted per ticket. Stamped ticket cannot be used again for the sky slide.

• Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed.

• Entry timings and/or ticket prices may be changed, varied or amended without notice or liability.

• Smoking is prohibited at the venue.

• This exhibit is not recommended for people with epilepsy or similar conditions.

• Consumption of food and beverages is not permitted at the venue.

Sky Views Observatory

• This experience has height and weight restrictions. Minimum height is 120 cm, and maximum height is 200 cm. Minimum weight is 30 kg, and maximum weight is 150 kg.

• You are required to wear modest, comfortable clothing – no skirts, dresses, no high heels, shoes, or shoes with sharp metal edges that can damage the glass.

• A special rug/mat must be used during the sliding experience, and instructions given by the Sky Views supervisors must be followed.

• Guests should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).

• Guests should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.

• Do not touch the glass during the slide journey.

• Do not slide on a lying position on your back or stomach.

• Personal belongings, including mobile phones and sharp jewelry, must be removed and kept inside the pouch.

• Fri to Sun: 10 am to 10 pm

• Time slots are available every half an hour.

Sky Views Observatory

• Daily from 10:30am to 9pm.

• Please download and display your voucher along with a valid photo ID at both meeting points for both tours.
