Arrive at Fabrique des Lumières at your reserved time. Present your ticket and proceed to the projection hall. Settle in as breathtaking 360° visuals and powerful surround sound transport you back 66 million years.

Strollers and suitcases cannot be brought inside and must be placed in the lockers provided.

Seating is limited, with around 40 seats in the main exhibition area and several folding chairs available.

Designated disabled parking spaces are provided. Visitors requiring assistance may request one complimentary companion ticket.

Due to strong light effects, the experience may not be suitable for guests with epilepsy or sensitivity to visual stimulation. The exhibition relies heavily on sound and visual elements.

Tickets are valid only for the selected time slot. Entry up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time is permitted, except for the final session of the day.

The venue operates cashless payments only. Museumkaart, ICOM, and VriendenLoterij VIP cards are not accepted. Stadspas holders receive one complimentary exhibition visit per month and must redeem this on site. The NS and Fabrique des Lumières combination ticket is valid for a chosen date and time without requiring a separate time slot reservation.

Tram 5 stops at Van Hallstraat or Westergasfabriek, approximately a 5-minute walk away. Tram 3 stops at Frederik Hendrikplantsoen, about an 18-minute walk. Bus 21 also stops nearby.

The venue is roughly a 30-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal.

Parking is available at Q Park Westergasfabriek, around a 10-minute walk from the venue.

Facilities include a staffed cloakroom with lockers and an on-site shop. There is no café within the venue, though several restaurants are located nearby.
