Spoon (bar spoon if you have it but otherwise tablespoon will work fine)
Two glasses (one tall water or collins glass, one sparkling wine glass, a regular wine glass will work as well)

For Both Cocktails:
Ice
1 Fresh Lemon 1 Fresh Lime (or bottled lemon or lime juice)
For Cocktail #1
A small bottle of sparkling wine
Sakura (cherry blossom) liquor if you have it or plum wine or any kind of fruit liqueur
St. Germain Liquor OR Cointreau
For Cocktail #2
Dry Gin
Genmai tea or other Green Tea (any type, teabag, loose tea, etc)
Ginger syrup or Ginger Ale or Fresh Ginger
Tonic water or Soda Water
fresh mint (optional)"
