Give an ear to your guide’s accounts of Aboriginal history as you explore the mountains’ spectacular array of flora and fauna. Move on towards Jamison Valley, a favorite spot among tourists courtesy of picture-perfect canyon views. Get up close to the Three Sisters at Echo Point, an unusual rock formation that reflects different colors during the day depending upon the sunlight.

As the day wanes, hike along scenic bush trails to Wentworth Falls, one of the most beautiful of its kind in New South Wales. The reward of your excursion is the arresting sight of the departing sun casting a golden glow over the valleys and ancient forests.
