Entradas de Transporte Público en Tokio

La posibilidad de subir y bajar del tren era buena. El precio del billete de dos días me pareció muy asequible. Como turista, me resultó algo confuso entender las diferencias entre las líneas de tren. Fue confuso entender en qué líneas se podía viajar o dónde canjear los billetes.

El coche estaba limpio y justo a tiempo. El cambio de billetes y la reserva fue un poco complicado, pero el precio es bueno.

Great to reserve seats for each segment of travel The only down side was we could only book tickets 6 times with the machine then had to go to the ticket counter. Had to stand in line for over an hour one time. The machines should allow at least bookings before having to go to the counter

Site easy to understand mainly what is included or not in the pass. also the purchacing experience was very easy and intuitive

So far so good but there was a little hassle in the beginning when I went to the JR station to exchange the email receipt with the Hokkaido rail pass. The staff found that the same name was printed for all 3 tickets even though I have emailed the names of all 3 passengers so she had to call the JR main office to confirm before printing it out which took quite some time and caused a delay in our itinerary.

Fue sencillo comprar y canjear con el código QR. Lo único difícil fue encontrar una máquina expendedora de billetes para canjear el código QR por un billete físico. La estación que figuraba en la web no tenía ninguna máquina que aceptara el código QR.

Buena relación calidad-precio, pero no cubría la línea Keiyo hasta nuestro hotel en Shiomi. Me hubiera gustado recibir instrucciones para utilizar las máquinas amarillas para subir al tren. Tuvimos una confusión al principio al tratar de usar las almohadillas táctiles en lugar de pasar el dedo.

Súper fácil y rápido, nos ahorró mucho tiempo en las estaciones de metro, lo que fue perfecto ya que teníamos muy poco tiempo en Tokio.
