You will meet your experienced local guide for the tour behind the Fine Arts Palace, a place of cultural importance in Mexico City and this is where your journey into Spanish-American architecture begins. Admire the Neoclassical styles by taking a stroll to the Calle Madero and Palacio de Correos and understand the history behind the buildings in it such as the Franciscan convent of Casa de los Azulejos. Listen to stories and fascinating information about UNESCO World Heritage Site buildings like the Cathedral, and Temple Mayor ruins. Your guide will also take you past the official residence of the President of Mexico - the National Palace.
If you would like to take things up a notch, you could book the ticket option that gets you access to the Torre Latino’s viewpoint and enjoy breathtaking views of Mexico City. This 44-floor skyscraper was inspired by the Empire State Building of New York building and was the tallest building in Mexico from 1956 to 2004.
