Combo: Galería Uffizi sin colas + Visita guiada con entrada reservada a la Galería de la Academia

El lugar era precioso, el guía estaba bien informado - estaba lleno de gente, pero la forma en que los grupos se escalonan entre sí, naturalmente, no hizo que las multitudes abrumadora ... gran precio y las instrucciones para los puntos de encuentro y direcciones eran claras.

En primer lugar, fue difícil encontrar el representante, ya que había mucha gente y no había señales. Pero una vez encontrado, el representante y el guía fueron excelentes.

El precio era demasiado caro. También nos habría resultado más fácil conseguir las entradas para los dos museos a la vez. Nuestro guía no llegó a tiempo para el segundo encuentro en la galería de los Uffizi, así que nos confundimos sobre dónde ir y tuvimos que caminar hasta la oficina y luego de vuelta a la galería.

This review is for Martha our guide and the Academia. Wonderful experience. Our experience at the Ufizzi was not good. The guide's English was not good, her voice was hardly heard, her microphone had a lot of interference, we decided to leave the tour before it ended.

Skip the line funcionó muy bien excepto en las oficinas, los guías turísticos eran geniales.

Getting information prior to the tours was not clear. The tours themselves were well run but too little time at each venue and the lunch was scheduled too closely to our Uffizi Gallery tour. Luckily our tour guide called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us at a later time. I would have liked to have time after the tours to see more of the venues but that was not possible. Next time I would book these tours separately.

I was able to find my tour right away and add another person.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides. However we signed up for two museum tours with lunch. The scheduling of these was not good. There were only a few minutes to get fun one venue to the next and no time to linger in the museums after the tour. Instead I would suggest scheduling lunch between the tours to make it more directive

Wonderful guide! But lots of confusion re: timing of event. We were relaxing after Accademia tour which I needed due to bad knee. Confirmation indicated 4:00 tour of Uffuzi and got a call around 11:00am tour that we were late and had to run across to the Uffuzi asap. Was a stressful and painful journey to the office which was where it was indicated. Hobbled through the Uffuzi with a great guide who told me to make an official complaint. Will do when home! Can't waste my time doing that now.

This was a great tour! Our tour guide Deborah was FABULOUS! She was friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed it. Nothing bad to say. Sign up for this!

Cristina was wonderful and insightful - she gave us so many stories that we will keep forever, because she coloured in the history and connected so many dots for us. We beamed with joy for like two straight hours. She's really really special. Her English isn't amazing.

Our two guides were pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They spoke excellent English. Thank you for a very nice experience.
