Desde Ámsterdam: excursión de un día a Keukenhof y los campos de tulipanes con crucero por los molinos de viento

Los jardines de Keukenhof son increíbles y merece la pena visitarlos. Las instrucciones de las entradas eran confusas. Cuando llegué a This is Holland, llegué pronto. Había mucha gente y los empleados estaban comprobando las entradas y luego repartiendo paquetes y dirigiendo a todo el mundo a los autobuses. No tuve que mostrar ningún documento de identidad (las instrucciones decían que tendría que hacerlo). Había reservado la franja horaria para una salida a las 9:30 de la mañana. Como llegué pronto, el autobús en el que me pusieron salió a las 9.00 y no a las 9.30. No pasó nada. No pasa nada, pero no sé si éste era el "autobús de lujo" en el que se suponía que tenía que ir. El billete que pedí incluía un crucero opcional en primavera. No había nada en Keukenhof que indicara cómo recogerlo. Cuando por fin encontré a alguien que había oído hablar de esto, me dijeron que el Crucero de Primavera estaba a otros 10 km de Keukenhof . No pude encontrar a nadie que supiera cómo debía llegar hasta allí. Aún así pasé 4 horas y tuve una gran experiencia en los jardines de Keukenhof y el transporte de ida y vuelta a Amsterdam funcionó bien. Pero no creo que mereciera la pena pagar el suplemento por el crucero cuando nadie sabía cómo conectar con él. ¿Quizás había un autobús especial para este viaje en el que se daban instrucciones a la gente sobre el crucero y me pusieron en el equivocado?

Le chauffeur de bus était très sympathique et patient. Le jardin de Keukenhof est magnifique ! Pour la ferme des tulipes et pour la croisière des moulins, j'ai regretté que les guides ne parlent qu'anglais. Du coup, je n'ai pas tout compris. Si on avait pu avoir le texte écrit en français de ce que les guides disaient, cela aurait été super ! Merci d'y penser pour la prochaine fois !

Fantastic experience, what a colourful sight .. we should have been atleast couple of weeks before the visited date on 13th May , hope to catch the brilliant experience again next year well in advance .

Even it was not a sunniest day ever, we Enjoyed the garden. The tour with the boath is nice but the instant translation with the phone sometimes doesn't work for internet connection problem.

The windmill river cruise was absolutely fantastic!! Comfortable boat, friendly crew, excellent views. Definitely great value for the price.

Everything was easy and the experience was wonderful. The transportation, the trip, the boat and finally the place.

My friend and I purchased the bundle that included the windmill tour. To be honest, skip the windmill tour. I thought it was going to be a nice river cruise inside of Keukenhof gardens, but it was actually about 20 minutes away. We took a coach to the cruise first, and I felt like I wasted a lot of time that I could have been at Keukenhof. I booked the 10:30am slot, and did not leave the meeting spot until closer to 11am. Then we drove to the river cruise, another about 45 minutes. When we got there, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get on the boat. And the boat took 1 hour 30 minutes. This would have been worth it if the windmill tour was outstanding. However, it was jusy okay. The boat itself is cute, you can sit and enjoy a coffee. You get some great views of the local homes. But there is only really one windmill that you come close to. The others are small and far away. The tour isn't that great to be quite honest with you. I would skip it as to me, it is not with the extra money. I would have rather spent more time at Keukenhof. Despite this, when we arrived to Keukenhof I was amazed. It is an absolute must. It is beautiful! I recommend going on a weekday as it is usually a bit less busy. My friend and I stayed for about 4 hours, just walking around, taking photos, and enjoying the scenery. I recommend trying to look at the weather beforehand, as we had a lovely sunny day but others aren't that lucky. Overall I would 100% recommend going to visit Keukenhof!
