Tickets to Melbourne Zoo

Our day eas made easy having already putchasing our tickets prior to going. Easy venue to find with lots of parking, will definitely be back

I had trouble accessing the tickets once at the zoo, partly due to their wifi. Thankfully it was eventually worked out

Easy way to not have to wait to get in to a venue unfortunately very hot day and didn't get to see as many animals as we would have liked

No problems very smooth, although people were buying tickets at the gate.

Good but it did say we needed to print our tickets out on website which caused issue and once we got there realized you can just scan from phone

Had a great time with my family was excited for the first time to see a silver back big daddy gorilla. 😊😳😊. The staff at Melbourne zoo most helpful.

Ticket purchasing was simple and straightforward. On the day zoo staff were very friendly and helpful. Disabled facilities could be better organised. When using the disabled toilet with my carer we had so many people knocking on the door and queuing. Also one of the toilets required a key which meant we had to wait longer for a groundsman to get the key for us. Otherwise a perfect day. Thankyou 🌸
