We were upset that due to a snow storm, our trip got rescheduled. Our guests left the next day and we had to apply for a full refund. At least there was no hassle monitarily

The tour begins in Midtown Manhattan, giving a brilliant view of New York city. The headphones are not noise cancelling, you can still hear your partner. All in all, 5 star rating all the way

Just want to give a shout out to the Headout app, they have a very informative content base, even the how to get there section which personally really helped me (as a foreigner)- love it
