Important Information

Genting Awana SkyWay

• Children less than 90cm in height can ride for free.

• Guests aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a supervising companion with valid tickets, passes, or wristbands and must be supervised at all times. The attraction reserves the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied guests aged 16 or under.

• If you wish to disembark at Chin Swee Station, please keep your ticket(s) in order to continue your journey to the top or leave the resort from Awana Station.

• Each guest is allowed to bring along one aircraft cabin size bag into the gondola. A surcharge will be imposed for bringing oversized baggage into the cable car.

• The Standard Gondola is wheelchair/stroller accessible.

• Smoking of any product that produces smoke or vapor is strictly prohibited throughout the journey.

• Pets are prohibited in and around the vicinity, including all stations and inside the gondola.

• Wearing face mask at Awana SkyWay Gondola Cable Car (Standard & Glass Floor) is mandatory with immediate effect.

Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park

• You can get a stroller or wheelchair at the Customer Service counter located at SkyAvenue, Level 1. Separate fees apply.

• For your safety, some of the rides at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park require that guests be a specific height or taller. You may refer to the ride warning sign in front of your preferred rides.

• The following rides are temporarily unavailable: Jumping Spurs, Chariot Cruise, Soaring Ships, Spin Crazy.
