It is forbidden to touch koalas in the park. You can purchase professional photography at your own expense and take photos with koalas up close.

The average stay in the park is around 2 hours, however, visitors can stay there for as long as they want until the park closes.

From the City, take the North Shore and Western line to Blacktown Station. Bus stand E is located just outside the station.

Take the number 729 bus for a 10-minute ride which will drop you right outside Featherdale’s gates.

By Car: There are two car parks available. Park for free in the Main lot and Overflow parking lot located across the street
