Las dos visitas fueron muy interesantes..... mención especial a los guías - catherine en las minas de sal y especialmente gregory en auschwitz (muy respetuoso e informativo)... el único problema en todo el día no era lo suficientemente largo en el restaurante y algunas personas no recibieron su comida en el tiempo..... aparte de esto yo recomendaría este tour... sin embargo, si usted tiene problemas de movilidad o no están en forma, el ritmo puede ser bastante castigar a veces y es un largo día (alrededor de 13hrs para nosotros)

El guía (Mijael - Walker) fue muy amable y entusiasta a la hora de explicar todo en Auschwitz-Birkenau. Tanto Auschwitz como la mina de sal son visitas imprescindibles si vas a Cracovia, estuvo muy bien poder hacerlas en un único día. Como pega: inicialmente la recogida para el tour iba a ser a las 7:45 pero el día anterior nos avisaron que nos recogerían 2 horas antes de lo previsto.

Excelente organización y capacidad para resolver las necesidades del día muy rápidamente. La visita a Auschwitz-Birkenau fue muy emotiva y reflexiva: todo el mundo debería vivir esta experiencia al menos una vez en la vida

La actuación del guía fue excelente, pero lo único que lamenté fue que la visita fuera tan rápida: había que dejar paso rápidamente a otro grupo que llegaba, y no había tiempo para detenerse a leer los carteles o empaparse de la nobleza de los acontecimientos a través de las reconstrucciones realistas.

Lara is just one of those rare people who leaves an impression that lasts long after the tour ends. as an american traveling in a foreign country and not speaking the native language, this tour made everything exceptionally easy and smooth. there were no moments of confusion or uncertainty, the guidance was clear, and we always knew exactly where to be and what was happening next. every step of the journey was thoughtfully laid out, removing any of the usual stresses that come with being in a new place. by the end of the day, i didn’t just feel like a tourist... i felt connected to the history, culture, and people in a way that left me fulfilled and grateful for the experience. this tour truly delivered a sense of ease and discovery appreciated by those who are naturally more anxious. i couldn't recommend it more.

Malgré un changement de planning de dernière minute (départ retardé d'1 heure et inversion des visites entre le matin et l'après-midi), l'organisation a été excellente et la journée rondement menée. La communication via une boucle Whatsapp et le timing des pauses (important dans une journée de 11h!) ont contribué à cela. Nous avions commandé des lunch box la veille qui nous ont été délivrées lors de notre montée dans le car le matin. Ce dernier était par ailleurs très propre et confortable. Notre guide vivait littéralement ses commentaires et explications, ce qui a rendu les visites très émouvantes dans ces lieux au lourd passé. Franchement nous recommandons. Bravo

The coach was too small and uncomfortable, also, we were almost forgotten at the salt mines, we barely made it to the parking spot and had to run in order to stop the coach from leaving, as it was driving away. Of course the guide and driver apologized but still a little frustrating. Overall, a 4/5 experience, because the guides were indeed extremely knowledgeable and professional. Really enjoyed the way it was arranged.

L'accompagnatrice était bienveillante avec nous, pleine d'énergie et était très préventive, nous donnait plusieurs consignes claires avant de nous laisser avec les guides ou en autonomie. On a reçu dès le départ des stickers à coller sur les vêtements afin de se repérer entre nous. Les guides à Auschwitz-Birkenau et Wieliczka étaient bienveillants, étaient expérimentés et répondaient à nos questions.
