- Children under the age of 3 can experience the tour for free.
- The tour observes the following Blackout Dates - Chicago's Marathon Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- All the double-decker buses are ADA compliant and have temperature-controller lower sections.

- The entire circuit is also approximately 1 hour long.
