• All areas that customers frequently touch are sanitized.

• Guests may/may not be subject to temperature checks beforehand.

Please note: All guests aged 12 and above must present one of the following:

• Pets are not allowed at Biosfera.

• Biosfera is open 10am - 5 pm.

Discounted Tickets

Infants aged 3 and under can go for free. Children aged 4-12, and senior citizens aged 65 and above enjoy reduced pricing (carry a valid photo ID).

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid delays.

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification.
