Ja, wir mussten Schlange stehen, aber es ging sehr schnell, der Kauf war sehr schnell und im Museum war alles schön, ich liebte alle Räume, es ist ein schönes Museum.

Die Tickets haben sehr gut funktioniert, wir sind sogar früher als geplant gegangen, weil es keine Warteschlange gab und wir ohne Probleme reingekommen sind!

The museum is absolutely amazing, a World treasure! The cafeteria line was terrible, and it was definitely because of the slow staff (25min. Wait with 7people before me)

Museo stupendo, ne è valsa la pena, ma abbiamo comunque dovuto fare una fila lunghissima di più di un'ora per entrare...ed eravamo sotto la pioggia...

The Royal Palace is gorgeous! The entire palace is just amazing. The security people in each room were helpful, and the entire experience was perfect.

Wat mij achteraf tegenviel was de prijs. Als 65-jarige had ik nl. recht op korting en had een ticket kunnen verkrijgen van €7,50. Daarom geef ik een gemiddeld aan. Jullie gaven niet die keuze in het menu. Het museum zelf was prachtig en een bezoek is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Everything worked out perfectly: no lines, no hassle, just going on straight and enjoying the experience! Especially in Prado museum, where the line was very long. Highly recommend!

Tried to book using Prado website but couldn't find tickets. Went through Headout and got tickets immediately for same day.

Es un museo enorme imposibkw de visitar en 1 dia. Asi, saco entrada sin espera, y entro antes de que lleguen grupos enormes q impiden ver. Tengo una lista de mis obras preferidas. Unas 50 y voy siguiendo el listado. Observo las obras recordando su participacion histórica y no uso guias. Esto me lleva casi un dia. Amo el Prado. No se permite sacar fotos.

Prado and Royal Palace are both great place to visit, awesome day time activity with lot of things to see. With online booking we only had to wait 10 mins at Palace and maybe 20 mins at Prado which was good compared to other waiting lines.

No se descargaba el codigo QR ... al final si ,también la información de si debemos validar o no la entrada a su vez en ventanilla con el código QR no esta clara, hicimos 2 colas y al final el chico de ventanilla del museo nos dijo que se podía pasar haciendo la cola directamente al museo

The ticket experience was ok but as it is a busy place there was a lot of waiting even with tickets pre bought..we were dire ted to one queue then placed in another without much information. Once inside the visit was great. Felt there could have been more coordination for those with pre booked and better signage ..directing people. Many people not sure where to go including ourselves! We also don't like all the technology or downloading Apps etc ..so that makes it stressful!

The museum is huge and I would have liked a heads up on each building, I.e. what was in each so I could have used my time better and see more of what interests me.

me encanto todo en este museo, unas obras de artistas geniales que disfrutamos muchisimo y con la app no tuvimos ningun problema con nuestras entradas.

The exhibits are awesome! So many of our favorites were enjoyed. So glad we experienced the incredible talents of such geniuses. We're sorry photo taking was not allowed, but happy to savor the memories.

Evistámos alguma filas, mas mesmo assim esperamos algum tempo com um bebé. O museu nao está preparado para bebés, pena...

Il biglietto online sicuramente è comodo, però, quando si arriva al museo, si fa lo setsso la coda, perchè devono controllare ogni persona che entra e quindi si perde lo stesso tempo che fare il biglietto sul posto. Peccato...
