Good service, everything is on time, good buses. The only that I would like to chsnge is the optional time of returning trip to Milan. For the bus departing at 10 am from Milan and arriving by 11:30 to outlet we had 5h30 min for shopping, at 17:15 had to depart. The outlet is open till 21:00. If l could choose the time I would take 19:15 bus.

The bus was late to leave and the air conditioning was barely working on an old extremely hot day

The staff was very nice, friendly and patient and this it what I really needed. Thank you for being so wonderful.
