Tagesausflug zum Keukenhof & Tulpenhof mit Windmühlenrundfahrt

Die Keukenhof-Gärten waren unglaublich und den Besuch wert. Die Anweisungen für die Eintrittskarten waren verwirrend. Als ich zu This is Holland kam, war ich früh dran. Es waren viele Leute da, und die Angestellten kontrollierten die Eintrittskarten, verteilten die Päckchen und leiteten alle zu den Bussen. Ich musste keinen Ausweis vorzeigen (in den Anweisungen stand, dass ich das müsste). Ich hatte das Zeitfenster für eine Abfahrt um 9:30 Uhr gebucht. Da ich zu früh dran war, fuhr der Bus, in den ich gesetzt wurde, um 9:00 Uhr und nicht um 9:30 Uhr. Das war in Ordnung, ich weiß nur nicht, ob das der "Luxusbus" war, in dem ich sitzen sollte. Das von mir bestellte Ticket beinhaltete eine optionale Frühlingsfahrt. Auf dem Keukenhof gab es keinen Hinweis darauf, wie man diese in Anspruch nehmen konnte. Als ich schließlich jemanden fand, der davon gehört hatte, sagte man mir, die Frühlingsfahrt sei 10 km vom Keukenhof entfernt. Ich konnte niemanden finden, der wusste, wie ich dorthin kommen sollte. Ich habe trotzdem 4 Stunden im Keukenhof verbracht und hatte ein großartiges Erlebnis, und der Transport dorthin und zurück nach Amsterdam hat gut funktioniert. Ich glaube nur nicht, dass es sich gelohnt hat, das Upgrade für die Kreuzfahrt zu bezahlen, wenn niemand wusste, wie ich dorthin kommen sollte. Vielleicht gab es einen speziellen Bus für diese Reise, in dem die Leute Anweisungen für die Kreuzfahrt erhielten, und ich wurde in den falschen Bus gesetzt?

Le chauffeur de bus était très sympathique et patient. Le jardin de Keukenhof est magnifique ! Pour la ferme des tulipes et pour la croisière des moulins, j'ai regretté que les guides ne parlent qu'anglais. Du coup, je n'ai pas tout compris. Si on avait pu avoir le texte écrit en français de ce que les guides disaient, cela aurait été super ! Merci d'y penser pour la prochaine fois !

Fantastic experience, what a colourful sight .. we should have been atleast couple of weeks before the visited date on 13th May , hope to catch the brilliant experience again next year well in advance .

Even it was not a sunniest day ever, we Enjoyed the garden. The tour with the boath is nice but the instant translation with the phone sometimes doesn't work for internet connection problem.

The windmill river cruise was absolutely fantastic!! Comfortable boat, friendly crew, excellent views. Definitely great value for the price.

Everything was easy and the experience was wonderful. The transportation, the trip, the boat and finally the place.

My friend and I purchased the bundle that included the windmill tour. To be honest, skip the windmill tour. I thought it was going to be a nice river cruise inside of Keukenhof gardens, but it was actually about 20 minutes away. We took a coach to the cruise first, and I felt like I wasted a lot of time that I could have been at Keukenhof. I booked the 10:30am slot, and did not leave the meeting spot until closer to 11am. Then we drove to the river cruise, another about 45 minutes. When we got there, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get on the boat. And the boat took 1 hour 30 minutes. This would have been worth it if the windmill tour was outstanding. However, it was jusy okay. The boat itself is cute, you can sit and enjoy a coffee. You get some great views of the local homes. But there is only really one windmill that you come close to. The others are small and far away. The tour isn't that great to be quite honest with you. I would skip it as to me, it is not with the extra money. I would have rather spent more time at Keukenhof. Despite this, when we arrived to Keukenhof I was amazed. It is an absolute must. It is beautiful! I recommend going on a weekday as it is usually a bit less busy. My friend and I stayed for about 4 hours, just walking around, taking photos, and enjoying the scenery. I recommend trying to look at the weather beforehand, as we had a lovely sunny day but others aren't that lucky. Overall I would 100% recommend going to visit Keukenhof!
