Leichtigkeit beim Erreichen der Burg ... im Eingang ... sehr klar und umfassend Audio-Guide unter anderem auch kostenlos ... sehr schmutzige Toiletten und nicht während des Tages und sehr schmutzig Bar Zimmer gereinigt ... nicht saubere Tische ... Geschirr und Tabletts fettig und schlecht gewaschen und lange Warteschlangen an den Kassen für wenig Personal

Likte best at man kunne vandre rundt på egen hånd og dermed bestemme hva man ville se og når. Grei billettbestillingsprosedyre.

An unforgetable 5 hours and we still didnt managed to complete the tour. The gardens are a delight . Very easy and simple when ordering tickets. Will definitely return to finish the tour.

Convenience of purchase

it was easy to use the app on my cellphone to purchase tickets. However when we presented those tickets on my cellphone, we were told to return to info desk. We had already had our tickets on display when we ask a separate question at thar desk. No one pointed out that their was another step to be taken at that location before we walked ahead. The person at the gate took care of it, but it was a bit confusing. BUT- a small price to pay for an amazing display of tulips and other plants. It was well worth the mix up.

We loved the historic building, we wanted to feel the history and to learn how a king lived in his hay day. The staff are so helpful, my wife walks with a walking stick. We were approached by member of staff and offered a wheelchair to help my wife get around. We loved the colours and the artistic life. The gardens are a must see. Simply Educational.

Staff very friendly and helpful, liked experiential experience in kitchen - wish there could have been some more of that. Some rooms very dark and difficult to see but was an awful day. Great items in shop. Good food in smaller cafe.
