Easy to book tickets. We had a great time at the park.
We'd visited the previous bird park 2 years ago and loved it. The new park is even better. Very well designed; so many birds to see. The information boards was relevant and useful and there was plenty of cool rest zones.

While it took 2 attempts via the Headout LiveChat on 6 May 2022, Headout agent Ann honoured her promise to communicate my dietary request to the Arbora Restaurant. Keep it up! Mwanwhile, I just have one suggestion, perhaps you can increase the number of LiveChat operators as it took about 8 - 10 minutes to reach a human operator. Thank you.

Perfect couple date, would suggest maybe to not open wide the doors on each station/be seen by the queue in each station and keep the atmosphere as perfect as it is when in the sky.

I loved the entire experience. I booked the lunch/cable car combo and the package was reasonably priced. It was also very convenient in that I did not have to research places to dine as i was given 5 options to choose from. The cable car experience was also unique and enjoyable. It was amazing to view the island and city from above.

The cable car experience on both routes was good.
The bundled dining was hopeless as it required booking the restaurant & the link went to another booking service & it was impossible to find the restaurant we wanted.
In addition all the redevelopment on Sentosa made it very hard to actually find the restaurant in person. We eventually found it - Le Faubourg - & it was fantastic but the bundled offer was not much good. We wet al la carte & for a simple pizza & if was fantastic.

Viel Spaß großartiger Ort viel zu sehen und zu tun. Wir hatten das Glück, dass das Food Festival stattfand. Tolle Atmosphäre. So beeindruckt, wie sauber alles ist. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe, ist, dass das Personal im Ola Beach Club Restaurant extrem unhöflich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit war, wenn es darum ging zu erklären, wie unser Dining Pass funktioniert. Das war eine Schande. Mein Motto ist, wenn Sie in Ihrem Job nicht glücklich sind, gehen Sie einfach und lassen Sie es nicht an Ihren Kunden aus. Mein Mann sprach schließlich mit einem jungen Mädchen, das ihm erklärte, wie es funktioniert, aber sie war die einzige, die froh war, bei der Arbeit zu sein. Abgesehen davon hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Es war großartig, das VIP-Erlebnis zu haben. Man wurde wie ein "Star" behandelt, musste nicht in der Schlange warten und hatte eine ganze Kabine für uns beide allein - mit unseren Cocktails, die schon bereitstanden. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
