Der Besuch der Casa Batlló war wirklich erstaunlich. Es ist ein unglaublich inspirierender Ort, sowohl innen als auch außen, und ich hatte mich schon lange darauf gefreut, ihn zu sehen. Ich tauchte in die fließenden Formen von Gaudis wundervollen Entwürfen ein und der Audioguide lieferte sowohl Kontext als auch Einblicke. Ich kann den Besuch der Dachterrasse nur empfehlen. Es war ein fabelhaftes Erlebnis. Das Casa Milà ist sowohl von der Größe als auch von der Funktion her beeindruckend und zeigt in seinen fließenden Formen auch Gaudis typischen Stil. Die Umgebung auf dem Dach ist fantastisch und sollte nicht verpasst werden. Wieder einmal hat der Audioguide meine Erfahrung und mein Verständnis für dieses fantastische Gebäude verbessert.

Die beeindruckende Architektur von Gaudi und die gesamte museale Wohnung mit all den typischen Merkmalen aus der Zeit um 1900. Das Dachgeschoss und die Dachspitze allein könnte als eine völlig separate Attraktion betrachtet werden. Auf der Tour kann man beides sehen und das in seinem eigenen Tempo. Eine wunderbare Erfahrung!!!

Das Schönste, was wir in Barcelona gesehen haben! Der Audioguide auf Italienisch war sehr laut, und die Kopfhörer konnten nicht verkleinert werden, so dass ich sie mit den Händen über die Ohren halten musste. Mit anderen Worten: ein schöner Ort, der durch den Audioguide etwas geschmälert wird....

Das war die Zeit wert. Gaudis Architektur ist wie keine andere und man erlebt sie, wenn man durch die Räume und Hallen geht. Auf der Dachterrasse verbrachte ich die meiste Zeit und genoss die Statuen und die fantastische Aussicht. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen.

Das Kunstmuseum und die Ausstellung über die Festivals haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Einkaufsviertel war ebenfalls toll und die Halloween-Dekorationen waren eine tolle Überraschung.

Sant Pau Modernista

Cut past queues to enter the Sant Pau Modernista Site, a beautiful 19th-century attraction in Barcelona. Walk around this UNESCO World Heritage Site as you learn more about the site built by Lluis Domènech i Montaner by yourself. The hospital de Sant Pau functioned until 2009 and is a structure built in harmony with nature. Find an installation symbolizing a dragon on the upper floor, a tribute to the figure and work of Domènech.

The Art Nouveau architecture combined with manicured gardens and grand exhibitions makes for a pleasant visit. Go to the Sant Salvador Pavilion to see the exhibit that shows the impact this hospital had on the healthcare of Barcelona. Check out the colorful tiles, mosaics, statues, flowers, and trees that the architect believed helped patients quickly recover.
