• Hot air balloons may land on a bumpy ground. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this flight due to safety concerns
• At 5:00 PM on the night before the flight date, you will be notified to confirm whether the flight is available on the date of your experience. If you do not receive the notification, please contact customer care
• Due to the season, the sunrise time will vary. So the pick-up time might fluctuate

• Camera-selfie sticks, tripods or any tripods are not allowed in the basket of the hot air balloon
