Hallo Jennifer, die eigentliche Reise war großartig. Aber ich wurde ein paar Mal von Ihrem Kundenservice informiert, dass der Reiseveranstalter mich vom Hotel abholen würde. Aber der Reiseveranstalter hat sich nie bei mir gemeldet. Am Tag der Tour, morgens um 645 Uhr, rief ich in der Hotellobby an, um die Abholzeit zu erfahren. Er sagte, dass sie das nicht tun, wir mussten zu ihrem Büro gehen, innerhalb von 20 Minuten, um die Tour zu fangen. Hotelrezeptionist geholfen, Taxi zu fangen und bekam dort. 1. hier Headout nicht organisieren oder sagen Sie uns genau, wie wir den Reiseveranstalter erreichen können. 2. Reiseveranstalter nie kontaktiert mich über die Abholung oder treffen sie. Sie sind sehr sehr enttäuscht. Tour war großartig. Guide war großartig. 3.
