With this ticket, you get the unique opportunity to try your hand with the dish. Under the expert guidance of a professional chef, be sure you won’t mess up. Prepare a full-course meal complete with Gazpacho and Bravas Potatoes for starters, Baked Onion Carpaccio with Xató Sauce and Sea Food Paella for the main course, and authentic Catalan Cream for dessert. Learn all the tricks and techniques from selecting the rice to cooking the seafood. After all is done, taste your paella and pair it with a house selection of wine!
