Vi kunne ikke opleve slottet og dets museer, da vi ikke kunne komme ind, fordi der var problemer med elektriciteten, og ingen kunne komme ind. Jeg har bedt om at få pengene tilbage i en uge nu, og ingen har sagt noget ... ynkeligt, jeg vil ikke købe noget fra Headout igen, hvis jeg ikke får mine penge tilbage.

Forfærdeligt!!! På billetten stod der tydeligt adgang til Pieta, og jeg blev nægtet adgang, og museet har ikke engang adgang kl. 14.30. Jeg gik tilbage til partneren (Autostradales kontor), og agenten sagde uhøfligt, at det ikke var deres problem. Jeg foretog fire langdistanceopkald til support og fik en optagelse. Chatten var forfærdelig. På trods af en klar formulering om, at Rondanini Pieta var inkluderet, hævdede chatten, at det ikke var tilfældet. Min skuffelse er enorm efter at have rejst hele vejen fra Canada til Rom og derefter til Milano for at se Michelangelos tredje Pieta og blive nægtet adgang af udstillingsstedet. Jeg græd!

However, strollers and pushchairs will have to be left at the entrance.

Dogs on leashes are allowed in the gardens but not inside the villa.

While the castle and the rest of the museums are wheelchair accessible, please note that Rooms XX to XXII in the Art Gallery has some steps.
