Overall it was a good theme park for the indoor but i was expecting more rides tha can be used however, some of the rides are closed but didnt mention whether it is becauseof under maintainance or other issues. For me indoor theme park is more to kids as most of the rodes designed for them

Fantastisk. Vi havde en sjov rejse i Genting Theme Parks indendørs og udendørs og sparer også penge. Online-billetkøb hjælper virkelig, især i skoleferier og højtider.

We having trouble to check in at the Awana SkyWay. It's mentioned that access was denied. Even the officer at the ticketing counter can't help us. Managed to call headout teams and the PIC assist us at his very best. Eventually, it's not because of error from headout, turn out it's an issue from the Awana SkyWay team. Overall, I'm satisfied with help from the headouts team. Thank you.

The ticketing process is super fast. Buy online and just in a couple of minutes, recieved the booking and the ticket. I would recommend it to others and surely i will be using the same service again for my next buy.

Vi tog derhen kl. 20, så det var mørkt. Observatoriet var ikke særlig overfyldt. Vi kunne se Petronas og den nye rollers-bygning fra et unikt perspektiv. Tårnvandringen foregår i meget lavere højde. Det er en ret bred platform (50 cm bred eller måske mere), så man kan gå uden problemer. Der er et lavt acrílico-hegn, som skaber en fornemmelse af fare. Men du har seler på, og du er tilknyttet en guide hele tiden, så det er sikkert. Turen opgraderer oplevelsen, især hvis du har børn eller teenagere i din gruppe.
