Ingen problemer med adgang og billetter. Personalet var meget hjælpsomt og viste os, hvordan vi skulle bruge lydbeskrivelsen. Bygningen er fantastisk. Jeg elskede orgelspillet. En virkelig værdifuld tur.

Jeg elskede Palau de la Música Catalana, det er et drømmested, en vidunderlig bygning. Men det vagthavende personale var ret uvenligt. Pigerne på begge sider af trappen, hende, der tjekkede ind, informerede mig ikke om aktiveringskoden til audioguiden, og hun talte til mig på engelsk hele tiden, mens jeg talte spansk (uoverensstemmelser), og på den anden side, med hensyn til pigen på trappen ved udgangen, gik jeg hen for at spørge, hvor jeg skulle gå ind på turen, og hun fortalte mig ikke, hvor jeg skulle gå hen, Jeg spurgte, hvor jeg skulle gå ind, og hun sagde "bagerst, bag trappen", jeg endte i cafeteriet, hvor indgangen faktisk var ved siden af hende, og i stedet for at hjælpe, forhindrede hun mit besøg og fik mig til at fare endnu mere vild i bygningen. Det viser en mangel på empati og selvfølgelig et lille ønske om at møde offentligheden og hjælpe folk. Velkomsten var fantastisk, men vi havde forventet en guide i stedet for en audioguide. Personen hjalp os med at installere jeres hjemmeside på en af vores telefoner, men det var ikke nemt med to personer, så vi droppede audioguiden og besøgte Palau i vores eget tempo. Vi ville have foretrukket at have nogen til at guide os. Når det er sagt, så nød vi virkelig stedet!

Inside Palau de la Música
The concert hall, forming the central part of this structure, is a lavishly decorated vast space flooded with natural light, courtesy of a beautiful skylight. Walk on stage and look out at the seats of the audience from the perspective of the performers.
Lastly, visit the Sala Lluís Millet, named after the founder of the Orfeó Català choir. The giant stained glass windows of the room display the spectacular columns decorating the balcony of the building. Your audio guide will take you through this journey in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Italian, Korean, German, and Chinese.
